Nokia is rumored to conduct an event on October 22. It is expected that the company will unveil its first Windows Phone 8 phablet at the event. However, lately Nokia’s “Sirius” Tab (codename of the tablet) has been leaked and the famous leaker @evleaks has tweeted that Sirius may come on October 22 alongside “Bandit,” which is known with the codename “Lumia 1520“, the phablet.
The rumored Sirius is said to measures at .35 inches thick and weigh 1.3 pounds. According to rumors, the Sirius will be running on Windows RT, probably the forthcoming 8.1 version and it is supposed to come with a quad-core Qualcomm processor (MSM8974) that would run at 2.1GHz, 10.1-inches display providing a resolution of 1080p and a 6.7-megapixel rear camera with a Carl Zeiss lens.
Rumors hint, Nokia’s such flagship tablet will cost around $500. When Nokia was asked about the tablet or the rumor, it said nothing. However, now it’s time to see whether really Nokia holds any event on October 22 or not, and if it does, then would it launch the rumored tablet alongside the rumored Lumia 1520 phablet? Stay tuned.
