An AA battery is a standard size of battery. Batteries of this size are the most commonly used type of in portable electronic devices. An AA battery is composed of a single electrochemical cell. The exact terminal voltage and capacity of an AA size battery depends on the cell chemistry. But the power of a battery is limited. Charles Reyer, a normal human being uses the same AA battery unlimited times. He just uses solar power to charge his batteries. Check out his technique.
At present, we find lots of solar-powered lights around us. The interesting thing is, these solar-powered lights have regular-size AA rechargeable batteries in them. Solar lights have a solar cell that converts sunlight into electricity. This electricity is then used to recharge the built-in batteries daily. Suddenly, Charles realized that he could use those solar lights as battery rechargers. And guess what? After that, he made an experiment.
Charles had inexpensive outdoor solar lights. He used it as indoor lights. Charles changed an AA battery that had no power with the inner AA battery of the solar-powered light. After few minutes, he took out the AA battery from the solar-powered light, inserted it into his TV remote and saw, the uncharged battery became recharged and it was working perfectly.

So you have to use rechargeable batteries, not regular Alkaline batteries.
