Apple offers that they will give $10,000 gift card to the person who downloads the 10 billionth song. Apple is yet to celebrate for this yet. It will be a remarkable history for Apple. They expect that this achievement will be completed later by this month.
Back on on Feb. 23, 2006, Apple celebrated its first billion songs sold on iTunes by giving a similar gift to a Michigan 17-year-old boy. They boy got a $10,000 iTunes gift card, 10 iPods, an iMac and a phone call from CEO Steve Jobs.
The company also marked its billionth download from its iPhone app store last April by giving a 13-year-old a 10,000 iTunes gift card, an iPod Touch, a Time Capsule and a MacBook Pro.
The company is limiting entries to 25 a day.

The winner is selected at a random draw after the ten billionth download has been reached. When you download a song from the iTunes Store, your iTunes Store account will automatically be eligible to win a $10,000 iTunes gift. Just go to the iTunes Store, browse your favorite music, and either buy a song or download a song for free.
