According to the announcement, made on Friday, “This latest version of Android is the smoothest one yet – with an improved user interface and response to your touch, people are calling it ‘buttery’.”

Jelly Bean was launched last month with Nexus 7 tablet. The latest version of Android adds some features such as offline voice dictation, offline maps etc.
