Android tablet is becoming famous day by day as for its different size.Android tablet market is very competitor to different tablet PC company.ViewSonic is taking the same approach to the tablet PC market as Dell and Archos by introducing a whole range of slate devices running Google Android.
ViewSonic have already displayed their 7″ and 10″ tablets, and are now planning on unveiling a 5″ tablet too.According to Digitimes, a Viewsonic representative said that the 5″ tablet will be released to suit the demands rising in Southeast Asia. It’s not clear if the 5 inch Android tablet will be available globally.
Still, it looks like ViewSonic may soon have 5, 7, and 10 inch tablet offerings… just like Dell. On the other hand, the company doesn’t have the same kind of brand recognition as Dell, so it remains to be seen how well these little guys will sell.
I have an Aigo E500 and it is a cheap MID with a 5 inch screen powered by an Android OS. For me it is perfect for mobility. I don’t need to pocket my MID because I have a nice manbag (may I say an expensive one) to keep it. Compared to the oversized iPad, I can hold my MID for a long time reading a book without feeling the strain. Furthermore, I find that using SlideIT on a 5 inch screen is still possible but not on any larger screens (I have tried). And I dun mind not having full page views. I will consider Viewsonic if it comes with froyo or gingerbread. A 5 inch pad is perfect for me.
