Lately, Nikon has announced super-fast 35mm f/1.2 lens for Nikon 1 mirrorless system cameras. The new Nikon super-fast lens will offer superior resolution and incredible depth of field.
As the name suggests the 32mm f/1.2 lens features a fixed focal length of 32mm and a maximum aperture of f/1.2. In fact the 32mm f/1.2 lens is the fastest Nikon 1 lens to be made available. The lens also features Nikon’s Nano Crystal Coating for reduction of ghosting and flaring, as well as a Silent Wave Motor with a Close-Range Correction system, which renders high-resolution textures with very little aberration. The Silent Wave Motor also reduces the auto-focus drive’s sounds for quieter shooting.
The 32mm f/1.2 lens consists of nine elements in seven groups, plus a seven-bladed, rounded aperture that can stop down to f/16. Focusing is possible to as close as 1.5 feet (45cm), and the lens accepts 52mm threaded filters. The dimensions of these lens are 2.6-inch x 1.9-inch (65.5 mm x 47 mm), and its weight is 8.3 ounces (235g).
The 32mm f/1.2 Nikon super-fast lens will be available in black and silver color. The lens will be released in June 13 and it will cost $899.95. The product bundle includes lens, front and rear caps, and a bayonet lens hood. If you want to buy the black version, click here; for the silver version, click here.
