Apple has been quite fast in moving from one build of OS X 10.7.4 to another, although it is still in beta. Now, Apple has started seeding the third beta build of OS X 10.7.4 to the developers. The build is numbered 11E46 and has asked the developers to focus on a number of features such as QuickTime, graphics, mail, screen sharing, App Store and Time Machine.
The last build of OS X 10.7.4 was released by Apple less than a month ago on March 16. The focus areas that Apple has asked the developers to concentrate on are the same as the second build of OS X 10.7.4. According to Apple, the build has no known issues.

Installation Instructions
The OS X Lion 10.7.4 Update (Combo) updates
– OS X Lion 10.7, 10.7.1 or 10.7.2, 10.7.3 GM or any other previous 10.7.4 seed builds.
The OS X Lion 10.7.4 Update (Delta) updates
– OS X Lion 10.7.3 GM or any other previous 10.7.4 seed builds.
Please be aware that you will not be able to revert back to your previous system after updating. Please install this update on a system you are prepared to erase if necessary.
