AT&T’s Sharp FX Plus Quietly Messaging Phone

AT&T’s Sharp FX Plus, a Google’s Android 2.2 Froyo powered smartphone that has been available since July 30. The FX Plus is introduced as a messaging phone targeting the younger set. The Sharp FX Plus is great for individuals looking for a device that has advanced capabilities offered though the Android OS but still meets the basic needs for messaging and entertainment capabilities.

This device features a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard for easy messaging, and also runs on the Android 2.2 platform.The handset supports AT&T’s 3G speeds, Wi-Fi, and GPS. It also has a 3.2-inch touch screen and a 3MP camera with zoom. However, it does get an upgrade with Android, and a much rounder body that smooths over some of its predecessor’s rough edges. The Sharp FX Plus costs $28.88 and is available exclusively at Wal-Mart and Walmart.com. PCD brought the phone to market.
