Verizon Wireless has dropped the price level of Droid RAZR Maxx. The interesting thing is, the handset (with the same plan) is available for three different prices from Motorola and Verizon Wireless online shops. Verizon Wireless has reduced the price from $299.99 and selling the handset with 2-year contract for $199.99. The same handset with the same plan is available from Motorola online shop for $99.99. What is more mind boggling is that Motorola still lists the previous plan with a $299.99 price tag in their website. We are completely in blank about what’s going on. But for the Motorola fans who want to grab a new Droid, don’t spend an extra hundred bucks or two. Buy it for $99.99.
From the mess that Verizon and Motorola jointly created over the new price of Droid RAZR Maxx, we are not sure which price will ultimately reign. But, for the consumers, this could be a happy feast.
