Following the changes of Nokia Maps and Nokia Drive the Music app of Nokia has been promoted to a new level. It has been updated to version 2. But the release note did not mention about any significant changes except the UI and audio improvements.
The updated app is now available in the Windows Marketplace but apparently it seems that the updated does not to be available in the US at the moment. You can download Nokia Music from the Windows Marketplace on your Lumia Windows Phone.
