HTC is planning to release a new version of HTC One X early this October, says a HTC insider. HTC One X+, codenamed “Endeavour C2“, will have quad-core 1.7GHz Tegra 3 processor. Following recent trend, the company has decided to use Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as the OS of the phone.
It is also mentioned by the source that the new version of HTC One X will have ClearVoice technology for improved call quality, updated HTC Watch experience and a pair of UrBeats earphones. The HTC staff also revealed that this time the handset color will be different. The new model of HTC One X will be compatible with the accessories of the previous one.
There is no more information about specifications, even about pricing.
