Verizon Wireless has announced its latest Android 2.2 device, the HTC Droid Incredible 2 smartphone. Apart from not having 4G capabilities, the smartphone has specifications that can match any of the best smartphones. The HTC DROID Incredible 2 released on 28 April 2011 and available in Black and Red Colors and the price is $199.99 with 2 year contract with Verizon Wireless.
HTC Droid Incredible 2 features a 4 inch Super LCD touchscreen display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution, 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS, HTC Sense UI, Wi-Fi, 3G Connectivity, 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash, HD (720p) video recording, 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera and so on.
Other features include a 3.5mm headset jack, 1.1 GB ROM, 768 MB RAM, MicroSD card slot, 32 GB expandable memory, Bluetooth, A-GPS, Wi-Fi mobile hotspot, integrated noise cancellation technology and SRS WOWHD surround sound.
HTC Droid Incredible 2 is a global ready Android smartphone, which means that, it has both CDMA radio for operation on Verizon’s network in the US and GSM/HSPA radio for operation in more than 200 countries.
