The peripheral as shown in the image above can attach directly to iPhone’s dock connector and can even stay attached permanently with the use of a custom case.Otherwise, it functions just as you’d expect, with it able to display all the basic info on the device itself (it can also be used without the iPhone), and a ton more info on the accompanying app.
There are no official details on pricing or availability, as the company is still waiting for clearance from the FDA. However, the peripheral is expected to cost around $80, while the accompanying app will most likely be available for free.
