I am having the same issue on level 42. All my crops and business and houses r ready but I can’t collect? I’m playing on a iPad. Anyone know what this issue is?
I am very addicted to this fame actually, and my businesses and crops are all ready to harvest but it won’t let me collect anything — I’ve got sideways pumpkins where my eggplants are supposed to be, and half of my farm is burnt crops, but underneath they are ready for picking. I did the same thing, finished playing last night and when I opened the app this morning everything was messed up— I think I’ll wait to see if the makers of the game find a solution. It seems to b a fairly recent event…
The same thing here. My buildings say READY but I cannot collect the money.
Has anyone found a solution?
Same problem…Happened to me after I started re-arranging my town. It works to delete and re-buy but I’m not about to do that.
argggghhh this is happening to me too which is why i just started googling the game to see if anyone experiencing this…i’ve started stuff in my infirmary and it says ready but won’t do anything….-_-
Same thing happened to me, although it seemed to have happened this morning….around 11:00.
Anyone have their crops disappear? I tap and it says ready but nothing happens and fields are just dirt. (and there’s corn where I planted eggplant!)
I am more than a little mad with what ever glitch is going on! I was on level 50 the game lost everything and started me back on level 1!!!! I can’t visit neighbors and having crop issues. Gameloft still says I have all my friends but the game says I don’t. Anyone else loose everything?
I’m having the same problem on my iPhone. Workshop and infirmaries say “ready” but I can’t do anything. So far everything else is working, but it’s aggravating that I have 3 people needing medical attention and I can do nothing! Anyone found any solutions?
Same here!!! It won’t let me collect from my businesses and my crops will be there one minute, then when I close out and come back, then they are gone…? This is really annoying… I need my Oregon trail fix!
I had the same thing happen so I sold the ground and bought new. Then when I left and came back the ground I sold was back and on top of my other crops. I was able to move them to the side but don’t know what to try next.
I did delete and re-install and mine still doesnt show up.
From what i understand, you need to slide your finger across the line to pull the fish up and catch it.

I’m working with the support people to try to get this resolved. I’ve given them the link to this page so they can see I’m not the only one with the problem. Hopefully they’re working on it. Will keep you posted when I know something.
I am in the fishing portion and have been for like 2 hours and can’t get out or catch anything? What do I do?

click on backpack in lower right corner. click on the watch at the very
top. Click on the gameloft icon at the bottom left of the screen. click
on friends. click on the + sign (upper right corner). enter the User ID of all the people
you see on this screen, then you can look at their friends and add them

When you have sick people and I am having the glitch too I found a awesome helpful glitch in the process. Since most hospital medicines places aren’t working place a road on top of your sick people. They will walk away clean of health! Hope this helps!
I bought the workshop but can’t finish building it because it says I need fire and a mallet to complete building it!

I have the same problem. This is very annoying! Have been waiting for a fix since before Christmas it seems. What’s the deal?!
Must have an infirmary. (click on backpack, click on picnic basket,
click on the blue/white striped awning with $ above it. click on the
white tent with the red cross on it. Once you build that you can click on the building and that
takes you to the screen that allows you to craft specific items.
I also cannot visit my gameloft friends ingame. But they can visit me. It’s making me insane. Plus I had to delete and reinstall not realizing my game wasn’t server stored… So lost my levels and the cash pack I bought with real money. Support would do nothing for me so…
