Acer Introduced V5 Ultrathin And V3 Entry-level Laptop

The V5 and V3 series of laptops has been just introduced by Acer at CeBIT in Hannover. The V5 series laptop is ultrathin that will arrive with either 11.6-inch, 14-inch or 15.6-inch displays. This laptop will offer either Core i3 or Core i5 Ivy Bridge processors and its chassis will less 15mm thick. For more flexibility, this laptop may be your first choice.


V5 Ultrathin has two USB 2.0 ports, one each of USB 3.0, HDMI and Ethernet. The 14-inch and 15.6-inch models will likewise have Core i3 or i5 processors but will add optical drives and Nvidia GeForce discrete graphics. Thickness will 21mm and 23mm respectively. The V5 laptop will available on June and price will start at €499 in Europe.

on the other hand, The V3 series name is entry-level and it will arrive with either 14-inch, 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch displays. This laptop will offer Core i3 up to Core i7 (Ivy Bridge processors), optical drives and discrete graphics. This laptop will begin shipping in the second quarter of this year and the price will start at under €500 in Europe.
