Toshiba is going to launches high-end gaming Qosmio laptops. Toshiba Europe introduced two new Qosmio series gaming laptops based on Intel’s Huron River platform. The 17.3-inch Qosmio X770 and Qosmio X770 3D. Both machines run Windows 7 Home Premium (64bit) and are set to become available in June.
These gaming laptops have everything you need to enjoy your favorite games, and the X770 3D even includes a 3D capable display for the ultimate FPS experience or just great movies when you decide to just chill out with a movie instead of shooting your enemies.
The two Qosmios weight in 3.4kg and have a TruBrite® HD+ display, a Core i5 or i7 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, up to two HDDs or SSDs, a GeForce GTX 560M 1.5GB card, a DVD or Blu-ray drive, harman/kardon stereo speakers with a subwoofer, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, WiDi (Wireless Display), a mult-card reader, and USB 3.0 (x 1) and HDMI (x 1) ports.
The Qosmio X770’s screen has a native resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels, while that on the Qosmio X770 3D tops 1920 x 1080 and allows for 3D viewing via 3D active shutter glasses.
