Today MobileSyrup just post that Bell will release HTC Legend with Android 2.1 and latest version of HTC Sense on June 11th and will cost around $99.95 on 3 year contract.
The HTC Legend also marks Bell’s first Android device that will launch with Android OS 2.1. Bell’s current Android devices, the Motorola Dext and Samsung Galaxy, both feature Android OS 1.5, which severely limits a devices potential.
In addition, it looks like Bell is targeting this device to go head-to-head with the Rogers Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and the Telus HTC Hero. They have broken down the specs and features and compared it to each device. Pricing is set to be $79.95 on a 3-year contract, $249.95 on a 2-year; $349.95 on a 1-year and $399.95 no contract.
