Panasonic To Bring Android-Powered Home Phone KX-PRX120

Panasonic is going to bring an Android phone named the KX-PRX120 in order to expands its product line. The phone runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and offers an advanced telephone experience at home with new touch panel models. It comes with an answering machine and has been designed in a lightweight, compact and easy to carry.

This Android platform based phone supports Google Play which allows users to download their favorite applications, access their social networks, or share photo albums with family members and friends. Features include a 3.5 inch TFT colour LCD (HVGA) with capacitive multi-touch screen display and a 0.3M pixel front camera for video calling. The connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS capabilities and micro USB which also used as charging port. Other hardware specifications include a microSD memory card slot, a micro USB charging port, and a 1450mAh battery. The KX-PRX120 is expected to be priced at £169 ($259).
