The US retailing giant Target is offering trade-in program for all iPad models including low priced first-generation models for a $200 credit from in-store only. The Trade-in offer has started from November 3 and it will run till November 9.
To get the promotion you must have a previous iPad model which is working, can be powered on and have no scratch on the display. Target normally pays $65 for a fully functional 16 GB first -generation iPad, $145 for a 16 GB iPad mini and $158 for a 32GB AT&T cellular iPad 2 in mint condition. So if you are holding an original iPad and planning to get rid of it, then this might be the best offer for you ever because, if you walk into the store, you will get trade-in $200 promotion. There is a process to apply the promotion and Target describes the process as below:
- Step 1 – find your local Target mobility store by clicking here and selecting “Target Mobile” under store services
- Step 2 – your device will be appraised in-store at the mobility kiosk
- Step 3 – $200 minimum promotional credit will be issued on a Target Trade-In Gift Card and is redeemable in any Target store
With this trade-in offer, you can also buy all new iPad Air which usually costs $479 (16 GB model), but you can have it at $279 with the $200 trade-in gift card.
