There is not much information currently available, except the comments left by a moderator on the Microsoft Communities website. This update is supposed to be released by February 12. The February update is claimed to be improving a number of ‘Limited Wi-Fi’ connection issues and delivering driver updates to improve Windows, Volume and Power button performance.

To check the update, you can click on the upper right portion of the screen or swipe in from the right edge of your Surface RT, and click Settings -> Change PC settings -> Windows Update -> Check for Updates.

If you have already updated your Surface RT, let us know in the comments box if you have noticed any improvements.

The second update of Surface RT will come on March 12.
