You may have seen many thunderstorms until now – some were mild, some were devastating, but I doubt, you may have not seen such a thunderstorm move until now. You better see for yourself.
There are many different types of thunderstorms out there. One of them is known as LP supercells. These thunderstorms have a rotating current of rising air, giving them the appearance of spaceships through rotating cloud base.
Last Sunday evening in Eastern Wyoming, such a storm formed near Newcastle, Wyoming, near the South Dakota border. Some storm chasers then captured it. See the video below. It will give you a whole new perspective on what a severe thunderstorm can look like.
