Korean Cellphone maker,LG has announced the Optimus Black, a new, slim Android smartphone with a super-bright LCD screen.The company also showed off the Optimus 2X, the world’s first dual-core mobile phone.The LG Optimus Black. Touting a 4-inch NOVA display, LG says that this is the world’s slimmest 9.2-mm mobile device.The LG Optimus Black will ship with Android 2.2 Froyo with Android 2.3 Gingerbread upgrade capability. LG plans on rolling the Optimus Black out globally in the first half of 2011.
