New 3D Video Service Available On Nintendo 3DS

Nintendo launched a flagship 3D streaming video service on the 3DS and the new downloadable app, called Nintendo Video was already released in Japan, but now consumers in the US have access to streaming 3D video from the palm of their hands. Nintendo Confirms Netflix On 3DS

Netflix app will be available for download from the Nintendo eShop, which is accessible after you’ve installed the free system update from June 6 and Netflix customers will be able to access their streaming service once the app is installed, while new users will be prompted to start their free trial. The app requires a steady wireless Internet connection to stream movies and TV shows smoothly, so it may not work as well at Starbucks as at home and even though the 3DS has free access to various public Wi-Fi hotspots across the country…………..

After just teasing the public with Netflix on the Nintendo 3DS last month at E3, it looks like the service is finally here for 3DS owners to get their hands on.
