Earlier we reported that demand of iPhone 5 is decreasing. We assumed that this could happen as we heard a news that iPhone 5S might be on its way. Now, Jeffries analyst Peter Misek has agreed with us. According to his new report, initial production for iPhone 5S is going to begin in March and may launch in June or July.
For years, Apple followed the tradition of releasing one tablet and one smartphone each year. But as the market competition grew fiercer, Apple had to compromise and it ended up shortening the shelf-life of its products. An analyst has now claimed that Apple will release the next-gen iPad and iPad mini in March this year, mere 5 months after the launch of the last-generation models.

There has been a lot of speculation as to whether or not Apple will enter into the smaller-tablet market with the launch of a mini iPad. Many have formerly claimed that Apple will be releasing a 7-inch iPad as well as 7.85-inch iPad, but so far we don’t have any sound reason to believe so. Now, an analyst from Sterne Agee, Shaw Wu has expressed his opinion that an iPad mini is simply a ‘question of when, not if.’
Apple recently announced it’s quarterly report and outdid all estimates in it’s total profits. However, Apple hadn’t launched iPhone 4S in China last quarter or we could have seen a huge spike in the present figures. Now as Apple gears up the sales of iPhone 4S in China, launched there only in January this year, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook says that the demand that is totally off-the-charts! He says that iPhone 4S sales are doing an excellent business there. This means a huge quarterly profit for Apple this year who plans to partner with China Telecom, another major Chinese carrier, in the coming days.
Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC Corp. is accusing Apple Inc. of violating three patents covering smartphones and other technologies and Apple has filed two patent infringement cases against HTC with the ITC. Recently, an ITC judge has found HTC in violation of two Apple patents which appear to be at the core of Android and are likely infringed by all Android devices………………
