Apple’s WorldWide Developers Conference is due to start on June 11 this year. And in anticipation for the grand event where Apple is expected to unveil a whole lot of things including iOS 6 and potentially a refresh for MacBook Pro lineup, Apple has started decorating the venue.
Rumors regarding Apple’s upcoming MacBook and iMac models are abound around the web. While MacBook Pro models are rumored to be featuring an Ivy Bridge processor, Nvidia graphics and Retina display, we are left wondering which of these, if any, will also be a part of the iMac machines. Now, ABC News has claimed that it has been told by certain sources that iMac may also be getting a Retina display.

A bit of a surprise has slipped out with Apple’s recent posting of Thunderbolt support documentation, the distinct possibility of a whole new iMac update to come by the end of the year and the support documents make reference a late 2011 iMac as being part of the group that can handle two Thunderbolt displays simultaneously, along with the MacBook Pro, the Mac mini and the mid 2011 iMac………………

Geohot recently joined Facebook and we’ve all thought that he’s been taking a break from his iOS work to focus on his new job at Facebook, but now a student of iOS dev, Max Weisel tweeted of Geohot coding on a MacBook Pro with the tagline and this is nice to see Geohot back in his zone………..
It was just yesterday that we first came across rumors of the iPad 2 Plus and Apple is now working on a device known as the iPad HD, arrive simultaneously with the next generation iPhone later this fall. iPad HD will not be an iPad 2, but somewhat like what the MacBook Pro is to the MacBook and it seems that the iPad HD will launch alongside a type of professional video/photo editing software that has been specially configured for tablet use………….
FaceTime for Mac, the HD 1.0 version is available on the Mac App Store for Mac users to download. It also supports HD video calls on the new supported Intel Macs. The newly released version is compatible on the new MacBook Pros 2011. FaceTime 1.0 for Mac is available in the Mac App Store for $0.99.
