The Verizon line up got a new addition late last week as a second LTE smartphone finally made its way on to the network, the Samsung Droid Charge and with steeper price tag of $299.99 compared to the $250 Thunderbolt, the Samsung Droid Charge will no doubt have to pack something extra if it hopes to steal some of that thunder away from the Thunderbolt. Specs wise both are quite similar, with the HTC Thunderbolt and Samsung Droid Charge packing similar sized 4.3-inch displays, 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera, 1GHz single core processors and Android 2.2 Froyo and the differences here are subtle, with the Samsung Droid Charge going with Super AMOLED technology and a Hummingbird chipset, while the Thunderbolt sticks with TFT LCD and a Snapdragon chip……..
