Toshiba’s Android Tablet Announced

At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011,Toshiba has unveiled its first Android tablet.The device, which doesn’t yet have a name,is one of several shown Tuesday in Las Vegas on the eve of the Consumer Electronics Show.The Android tablet from Toshiba will start shipping in the first half of the year, but pricing has not been announced.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc Officially Announced

Sony Ericsson steps up at the 2011 CES in Las Vegas with a new addition to the Xperia line-up with the introduction of the Xperia Arc, a super slim Android 2.3 Gingerbread smartphone, measuring only 8.7mm at its thinnest part.Lastly, in terms of the availability, nothing solid announced just yet, however it is expected to be “available globally in selected markets, including Japan, from Q1.”
