According to Wall Street Journal Apple has sued Samsung Electronics for copying “the look and feel” of its iPad tablet and iPhone smartphones. The lawsuit claims several of Samsung’s smartphones and tablet — the Galaxy S 4G, Epic 4G, Nexus S and the Galaxy Tab — copy Apple’s intellectual property.
Finally the ClockworkMod Recovery v3.0.2.5 is now available for Motorola Xoom. The newly available Recovery is version v3.0.2.5 and is compatible with the WiFi-only variant too. The recovery earlier was not available due to the SD Card not being enabled in the kernel.

Arnova 8 and 10 tablets with resistive touch screens and an older Rockchip processor are already shipping in the US and the promised higher end models with capacitive touch, a faster 1.2GHz Rockchip RK2918 (Cortex-A8, single core) and Android Froyo / Gingerbread were supposedly due out this month. At around $229 MSRP it could possibly become one of the best value 10.1″ ARM Cortex-A8 capacitive tablets on the market.
