Apparently Google just breach the cease fire agreement that the company has with the sworn enemy Apple, when it comes to stealing each other’s employees. As Simon Prakash, one of Apple veterans, admitted on his LinkedIn profile, he was hired away by Google. Simon Prakash worked for Cupertino based company for more than eight years, and during this time he covered various aspects of product quality for all Apple devices, from iPhones to Macs as Senior Director of Product Integrity.

Victim of Stolen iPhone Demands Compensation From Apple Over iMessage Bug

The issue of an iMessage bug has been doing round around the internet. So far, from multiple reports and sources, it has been confirmed that Apple’s messaging service, iMessage, does indeed have a bug. The bug lets a phone receive messages of a user even when that user has removed his SIM from the device. This can seriously compromise the privacy of a user. In one particular case, a person had her iPhone stolen and the culprit was able to receive her messages even when she had her SIM deactivated. She is now demanding compensation from Apple.

Apple Store Sales Go Through The Roof

You start counting and you keep counting but the number of successes Apple is scoring don’t end. And Apple is doing this at multiple fronts. Here’s the latest extra-ordinary achievement by Apple: the Apple Store sales have sky-rocketed over one year and are persistently increasing. Currently, Apple is packing away $17 million in sales per year per store. And the sales from these Apple Store facilities is currently about 13.2% of Apple’s overall worldwide revenue.

German Court Places Ban On Apple 3G Device – And Then Lifts The Ban

In what seems a dramatic turns of events at German courts, in an earlier ruling yesterday, Apple was told by the court to remove all 3G devices from sales in Germany after the court ruled in favor of Motrola. These devices were being sold through the online Apple Store. Apple remove all it’s 3G devices except iPhone 4S which perhaps was not part of the case filed by Motorola. However, within a few hours of this, Apple issued an official statement that it ‘has been granted a suspension of the German injunction’ and that it’s 3G devices will be back soon.

Motorola Asks Apple To Give 2.25% Of It’s Sales For Using FRAND Patents

The legal battle between the technology king, Apple and many other tech giants is unending. While Apple is already entangled in a number of legal suits with other major companies, Motorola has now demanded to hand over 2.25% of it’s overall sales to Motorola. Why? Because Motorola has accused Apple of using it’s FRAND patents. The case of the use of FRAND patents is still in the court and because of it, Apple has been forced to remove a number of it’s products from the German market.
