Apple has updated it’s iTunes Terms and Conditions to explain on how to buy or download a free application from it’s App Store. According to some analysis report of Three Guys and a Podcast, Apple is planning to introduce the new iMac in March this year. Apple usually tends to refresh its iMac product line every 8 months (or so), announcing a major design update to the line every 27 months (or so).

Apple has launched a new twitter account exclusively for its popular Mac and iOS App Stores.Apple already has Twitter accounts for iTunes Music, Movies, TV, Podcasts and Trailers, and Apple Executives Phil Schiller and Scott Forstall (who has yet to tweet) both have personal accounts. The iTunes Twitter accounts are “announce only” style accounts and generally only follow each other. Apple as a company has yet to get on Twitter, nor has it created accounts related to Macs.
MacRumors has uncovered a patent application that illustrates a hybrid multi-touch physical keyboard.Apple has a new patent application to create a hybrid physical keyboard that will double as a motion-sensitive input device.The patents are the work of FingerWorks, a company acquired by Apple in 2005 and has served as the basis for most of Apple’s multi-touch technology. FingerWorks had produced several touch-sensitive multi-touch keyboards, although they never became mainstream products.
