Apple Again Files A Complaint Against Samsung Through ITC To Block Import Of Galaxy Devices

Apple launched its latest lawsuit against Samsung with an International Trade Commission (ITC) complaint that seeks an injunction to prevent the Korean giant’s key Android smartphones and tablets from being imported into the United States. Samsung also has an ITC lawsuit against Apple and the strangest thread through these Apple-Samsung duels is that the two parties are key partners. Samsung believes that there is no legal basis for the motion for injunction by Apple and motion for injunction sets forth its position that Samsung has slavishly copied the design of the iPhone and iPad in the creation of the Galaxy Tab, Infuse 4G and other products…………
