Sharp announced its Galapagos tablet at CES 2011.The company didn’t overtly mention Android, they could have slipped in a gem. They focused mostly on televisions and displays along with 3D, color optimization, and efficiency, but an interesting couple of devices called the Sharp Galapagos Tablet may have a dose of hidden Android.No specs for the US model have been confirmed, including the screen size.

It seems that different android and windows tablets are dominating at ces 2011.An unknown company from India called Notion Ink introduced the first Android tablet to feature a Pixel Qi display and NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor.After hard working at last the Adam tablet is finally ready to ship, with the company saying that the first units should go out to customers the week of January 11th.

Fujitsu Announced New Windows 7 Tablet Powered By Intel Oak Trail

Fujitsu has informally announced a new windows 7 tablet at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.With the informal announcement the company did announce some details to its Windows 7 slate, which unlike previous Tablet PC models, will be powered by an Atom-based Oak Trail processor.Like virtually every other PC maker in the known universe, Fujitsu is also reportedly planning to launch an Android tablet later this year.

NEC Android Powered Dual-Screen Cloud Communicator LT-W At CES

NEC shows off the hinged Android tablet Cloud Communicator LT-W teased last month. Somebody suggesting it could be a great e-reader, a digital notebook for students, a scrapbook, or whatever devs dream up. This device is powered by Android 2.1 tablet with WiFi, Bluetooth, and optional 3G. The “Cloud” part of the “Cloud Communicator” name means that NEC thinks the LT-W would be great for generic cloud services.
