According to Market Watch, China Mobile Ltd. has indeed come to a consensus with Apple Inc. on using its fourth-generation technology on iPhones in the China Mobile network. The announcement, made by China Mobile president Wang Jianzhou, didn’t give a timetable for when the new product would enter the market.
Verizon will continue to compete with AT&T on the iPhone and Big Red will sell the next-generation iPhone , referred to by some as the iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S alongside AT&T. The next Verizon iPhone will operate in as many countries as AT&T’s global iPhone and guess that Verizon is preparing for a big announcement on this front when the next-generation iPhone hits global shelves…………

James Thomson, the developer of PCalc and PCalc Lite, took to Twitter to announce he’d gotten a legal nastrygram, threatening a patent infringement lawsuit for his use of in-app purchases and it may just be the opening shot in an IP war, not just against Apple, but against the devs who dare to sell their software on the App Store.Thomson is currently working with Apple as a first step to knowing how to address the issue and does not want the name of the company who is threatening to sue him on record unless he pays up a hefty licensing fee until he speaks to Apple Legal…………
Apple recently filed a patent application for a text-to-speech and a speech-to-text converter designed to work in noisy environments and the patent describes a system that uses a converter included on the logic board of the phone. his hardware-based conversion would have a distinct advantage over current text-to-speech systems and in a situation where text messaging is needed but for some reason the system could be activated on both ends with both speakers talking into the handset and their words being converted to text and sent to the other party………
iPhoneItalia has posted some pictures of iPhone 5 parts, with photos they claim are speakers and dock cables for the next iPhone. The picture below shows speaker from an iPhone 5. The cables seen would be replaced by on-board connectors. By looking at the design it seems that iPhone 5 will not feature the Capacitive Home Button. Also the second photo shows next generation handset’s dock connector cable.
