Verizon has released another commercial of their Verizon iPhone 4. First ad ws titled as “it Begins”. Now this ad has tag of ” I can hear you now” Verizon. Both are effective and interesting in different ways. But neither takes a shot at AT&T. But a new Verizon one that has just started airing on television, does. At least, indirectly.

Dev Team has also released GreenPois0n RC5_2 for Mac. It contains fixes of various issues occurring in GreenPois0n RC5. GreenPois0n RC5_2 can also be used as untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G, iPod touch3G and iPad running on iOS 4.2.1 without SHSH blobs of iOS4.2b3.

It’s the day for the iPhone jailbreakers and unlockers. Chronic Dev-Team has released greenpois0n RC5 which jailbreaks your iPhone 4/3GS, iPod touch or iPad on iOS 4.2.1 completely untethered and i already posted the step by step guideline here. However, that tutorial is only suitable for those who do not rely on a software unlock (ultrasn0w) for using their iPhone on an unsupported carrier.

Chronic Dev Team has just released Greenpois0n RC5 to apply untethered jailbreak on iOS 4.2.1 to all idevices. Greenspoison rc5 supports these idevices – iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad, iPod Touch 3G and iPod Touch 4G. Unlike Redsn0w 0.9.7, GreenPois0n RC5 doesn’t require you to have SHSH blobs of 4.2b3 saved on Cydia. It’s a mac version and Windows Version will release soon.
iPhone developer, chpwn, has finally released VoiceActivator for iPhone. It allow you to customize the commands of the Voice Control, this feature natively on the iPhone 3G and iPhone that allows you to perform a series of actions by saying the device, just a few sentences of default. VoiceActivator is available for $4.99 on the BigBoss repository.
A new MyWi utility has released called MyWi OnDemand. This is designed with the following in mind – “having to turn on and off a hotspot gets old quickly when you’re doing it all the time.” Keeping this in mind this new MyWiFi utility instead, connects you to WiFi when you need it and disconnects WiFi when you don’t need it. This means when you leave your WiFi connection on at home and you’re using the iPad, the iPad will automatically connect.
A new battery logging tweak has released into Cydia called BatteryLogger Plus. It allows you to track and visualize battery usage levels on your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices.
