Toshiba finally start shipping their first 1TB standard 2.5-inch, 9mm-thick internal hard drive for laptops, the MQ01ABD series. The new drive comes with 250GB to 1TB. Featuring SATA 2 (3Gbps) with 5,400rpm. According to news.cnet the MQ01ABD drive is ideal for notebook and compact desktop PCs and mobile workstations.

American Airlines Brings On Demand Inflight Streaming Video Entertainment

American Airlines announced the initial phase of the launch of Entertainment On Demand. An inflight streaming video product as a brand-new, innovative inflight entertainment option for customers on board its entire fleet of 15 Boeing 767-200 aircraft. The inflight streaming video, which enables customers to wirelessly stream content such as movies and TV shows from an inflight library to select types of Wi-Fi-enabled laptops during flights. This service is primarily transcontinental flights between New York JFK and Los Angeles and JFK and San Francisco – for the introductory price of 99 cents per TV show and $3.99 per movie. Microsoft Windows XP Market Share Drops Down Below 50%

Windows XP finally dips below 50 per cent mark and has been slowly losing momentum duringeach month since Windows 7’s release.
