Although Google Glass might not be enough to get the success within its actual version, but the company has found another way to be attached with your eyeballs. Based on new patent filing report, Google has invented the way to inject a device straightaway into the eyeballs.
According to the patent filing, the high-tech lens is meant to regenerate eye’s original lens as it is added to a method which sets and attaches to the lens capsule. In an easy way, the injection will remove the natural lens from the lens capsule. Moreover, it will precise your vision and will give you super-sight. The device is made little components including sensors, hard drive, radio, the electronic lens, and battery. The smart lens will gain power from the energy gathering antenna without any wire.
Google filed a patent for a smart contact lens for the first time in 2014 in order to serve diabetic patients. That lens used to contain the wireless chip and had the ability to monitor glucose level of those patients. Afterward, the company got a partnership with healthcare giant Novartis for helping them to develop the technology. Now Sony has a patent for the smart contact lens which features a camera, zoom as well aperture control.
