Beside tonight release confirmation of iOS 4.3.1 untethered jailbreak, MuscleNerd has also tweeted that the iPhone Dev Team would release Redsn0w for Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 4.3.1. iPad 2 is still not included in this Jailbreak. Further Musclenerd has tweeted that they would release Redsn0w along with Pwnage Tool and it would be a command line utility.
