Sprint has recently stated that it was readying an app that would be a combination of two of its protective suites. We heard this from Sprint about a month ago. And now, the much-anticipated app called Sprint Guardian has finally been launched.
Sprint Guardian basically comprises of two apps or protective suites. It’s a combination of both into one, thus allowing for greater protection in a small bundle.
One of these is the Mobile Security apps suite. This suite is powered by Lookout. The second part comprises of the Family Safety app which is a bundle of Sprint Family Locator, parents controls and helps the user monitor text on the cellphone even while driving. The Family Safety App is handled by Safely.
All of these have have been bundled together into the Sprint Guardian security suite. The suite is now available for Android in the Spring Zone app. Apparently, Sprint has taken an extra step in bringing together all these suites and combining them into one to make communications on Android devices far more secure and easy to monitor for the user.
