I’m surprised that Belkin is charging for the Smartphone app. Dish made their Dish Remote Access app free for all platforms and that came out almost three years ago, roughly around the time I started working for them. I downloaded it when I got a Sling Adapter, which is smaller and cheaper than an @TV device, but it basically does the same thing. Anywhere I have Wi-Fi or mobile 3G/4G network I can stream live TV or my DVR recordings.
