Notcom has declared an updated version of TinyUmbrella to version 4.21.08 beta that supports the CDMA based Verizon iPhone 4. The TinyUmbrella 4.21.08 will help you save SHSH blobs on the iOS 4.2.6 based CDMA iPhone, which will be available for end users on February 10, 2011.
The latest release of TinyUmbrella is 4.21.08 which is now available for download on Mac OS X and Windows platforms. Here is what @Notcom, the developer of TinyUmbrella, has posted on his website:

TinyUmbrella has been updated to support iPhone 4 CDMA aka Verizon. Note that since I do not have a Verizon iPhone 4, support is BETA. Please don’t be surprised if I need to post another update with findings that are sure to come… Enjoy!

Save iOS 4.2.6 SHSH Blobs
Step 1: Connect your device to the computer via USB
Step 2: Launch TinyUmbrella 4.21.08
Step 3: You’ll see the connected device in TinyUmbrella sidebar (top-left). Select your device (click on it).
Step 4: Click on Save SHSH to start saving your SHSH blobs
That’s it. TinyUmbrella will save SHSH blobs and you’ll be able to downgrade iOS 4.3 to 4.2.1.
