Popular iPhone hacker and developer MuscleNerd has just confirmed that untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.1 will be available both for Windows and Mac OS X users. Users who do not rely on unlock will be able to use Redsn0w while those who want to preserve their current baseband for unlocking purpose can use PwnageTool.
