The original Eee Pad Transformer is still running Google’s Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system. ASUS assured users an Android 4.0 update is coming. ASUS North America said on Facebook the update is currently processing and side by side Google is still working to approve this update. Then it will hit tablets in mid February.
ASUS entry into the Android tablet market was reportedly a success. When The Eee Pad Transformer was launched last year then it was main topic of confabulation. The Transformer was one of the first to feature a unique dock that transformed the device into a netbook.
