Lenovo has announced details of its new mobile broadband service on Monday. The company will give the service to Lenovo laptop users. The service is dubbed Lenovo Mobile Access. The service is powered by Austin-based Macheen. Formally, the service will be launched on July 1.
There will many options to choose from for the users. With a small package of $2, you can have access for half an hour only. With the price of $9, $45 and $80, you can have access for a day, 2GB and 8GB monthly plan respectively. Lenovo said that the purpose of this offer is to give customers more attractive options of having occasional access.
Lenovo’s Gary Olsen said in an interview “Most customers have no ideas what they need, they are shooting in the dark.”
