Now a days, most of us share our feelings, thoughts, ideas, plannings etc with our friends and others through Facebook. But it seems people now even want to announce their imminent demise on Facebook. Surprised? Don’t be. A 30-year old man did that few minutes earlier before getting shot.
On Wednesday evening, 16 Jan, 30 year old Eric L. Ramsey kidnapped a student from Central Michigan University (CMU) campus, took her to a home in a car and sexually assaulted her. After that he put the woman back in the car again and said that he would kill her. After hearing, the woman jumped from that running car and took shelter to a nearby house. Ramsey set fire to that house and escaped from there. After that the woman alerted police and the police started to chase Ramsey.
During chasing, Ramsey stole a sanitation truck, rammed two more vehicles and finally hit a Crawford County Deputy’s car. Ramsey knew that he was going to get shot. So he decided to share it on Facebook. He took out his mobile phone and posted on his Facebook wall: “Well folks, I’m about to get shot. Peace.” Shortly after this post, Ramsey was shot and fatally injured.
It’s not clear how Ramsey managed to post on his Facebook wall while being chased. If you are interested to know deep details of this story, you will find that in this press release.
