On September 11, few Apple’s iCloud service user found that they were unable to access their e-mail. Though Apple tried to solve the problem as soon as possible, but it failed and hence, users found the same problem the following day. Therefore, Apple has sent an emailed apology to the iCloud service users.
On the iCloud System Status page, Apple mentioned that only 1.1 percent iCloud service users faced this problem. During that down time, some of these 1.1 percent users couldn’t access their email and the rest who successfully accessed their email might have experienced the delays or other problems on their Macs, iOS devices, or with Apple’s webmail interface while visiting iCloud.com.
Though Apple tried to solve the problem on the very first day, they failed to solve and its iCloud service users had to suffer one more day. So, on September 14, Apple sent its iCloud service users the following email with apology.
