Wikileaks is an international, online, non-profit organisation which publishes secret information, news leaks, and classified media from anonymous sources. Though the organization claims it “never” reveals any of its “sources,” we have found Wikileaks breaking anonymity by revealing the information via its Twitter account that 26-year old Reddit co-founder ‘Aaron Swartz‘ who committed suicide on Friday, January 11, 2013 had shared many secret information and news leaks anonymously to Wikileaks. And recently, WikiLeaks has publsihed confidential chat between Wikileaks founder Julian Assange and Google’s Chairman Eric Schmidt.
On June 23, 2011, Google’s chairman Eric Schmidt and WikiLeaks’ founder Julian Assange had spoken with each other for long five hours via IM. When the long five hours conversation had been going on, at that time Assange was under house arrest in England. Many of you may think that both of them might have discussed on something classified, but actually they hadn’t.
According to the leakage it seems that Schmidt was apparently conducting research with Jared Cohen, Google Ideas director and a former Secretary of State advisor to Hillary Clinton, for the pair’s (Schmidt and Cohen) forthcoming book named The New Digital Age, which is set to be released this Tuesday, April 25 and Assange was helping Schmidt to provide material for that book as Assange said in the conversation, “… I will see the transcript and will be able to adjust it for accuracy and clarity.”
However, the discussion had moved on from Bitcoin to Delta Air Lines to Assange’s endless stream of “crazed” female visitors to the Patriot Act and to many other topics. You can read the full transcript of the conversation at WikiLeaks.
