Huawei Launches Smart Devices at Mobile World Congress

Chinese privately-held telecom equipment maker Huawei Technologies Co. Tuesday announced a range of new smart devices including an Android-based tablet and a super slim smartphone. It has unveiled Android Gingerbread smartphone, the Huawei IDEOS X3, Huawei IDEOS S7, Huawei HiLink and Huawei Mobile WiFi Smart Pro wireless modem at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on 15th February. Huawei IDEOS X3 is sleek, and the device has 3.2 inch screen.

Huawei HiLink, a plug-and-link data card connects users to high-speed Internet on-the-go The Huawei Mobile WiFi Smart Pro wireless modem provides the high speed internet connection. Huawei IDEOS S7 is a slim 7-inch capacitive touchscreen tablet offering a blend of style and portability. The Huawei IDEOS™ X3 smartphone: intuitive, power-efficient, ultra-stylish. The Huawei IDEOS X3 features 3.2-inch capacitive HVGA touchscreen, a 3.2 megapixel camera and the Huawei Handset Over-the-Air and Online Upgrade (HOTA) solution for Android.

The company also introduced two new WiFi access points which should serve as personal media centers for the user and which will start shipping in May.
