iPhone and BlackBerry users are already using the convenience of the PayPal app since last year. Snap a photo of both the front and the back of the check with your phone’s camera, then watch as the amount on the check is automatically credited to your PayPal account.

According to the press release announcing the iPhone app back in last October. The Mobile Check Capture function in the PayPal app is powered by BankServ, which incorporates Mitek Systems’ patented, market-leading mobile Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) technology.

Other functions include:
* Save app onto a SD card to free up internal memory on your mobile device but initial reviews from users is that this is not functioning.

* Find local businesses that accept PayPal payments.

This PayPal app is totally free for download on iTunes, BlackBerry App World, and now on Android Market. So download this apps now and share your openion with us in the comments.
