The good news for fans of the Sharp SH-06D is that clearer photos of the device and its UI have been unveiled along with a video that gives us a better idea of what we are expecting. Already we have seen some unique design Android phones from Japanese manufacturers, now this one takes the cake and really seems to be sticking true to its Evangelion theme.
We can expect that the phone will have a 4.5” 720p 3D “MAGI” display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread although we are not sure if it will ever be upgraded to Android 4.0 or not in the near future. The device will be available in limited quantities in Japan only and will be released in June 2012. Your best chance of getting your hands on the device could be from eBay or Craigslist.
