Eken Tablet/MID On $100 Powered By Android

Now time has come for every one to get an Android running device. China bring an inexpensive Android tablet/MID things didn’t turn out so well. It’s 7 inch, 800 x 480 device from Eken that is selling for $680 RMB in China.

To runs programs and OS, you get shabby 128MB RAM which means that you should not think of running heavy-duty programs on it.it has only 2GB of storage, but you can expand that to 32GB with SD. The VIA 8505 processor certainly won’t be confused for a Snapdragon but despite that the device pledges only two hours of battery life on a charge.

    I would watch out for these VIA chips. I’ve purchased one model with a VIA and it wasn’t a rocket.  This may be an updated chip.  I also would worry about 128MB RAM.  But for the price it may be worth it.  Depends what you are using it for.
